Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks salted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp real vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 1/4 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- preheat oven to 375
- Beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar in your mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and eggs , beat on medium until incorporated.
- Add baking soda and salt, slowly add flour until incorporated.
- Add chocolate chips then pulse a few times with your beater blade until chips are mixed into dough.
- Using a 2oz scoop, drop cookie dough onto parchment lined cookie sheet about a inch and a half apart.
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 12 minutes
- Makes about 2 dozen cookies depending on the size you want. Cool on sheet pan for about 10 minutes then transfer to wire baking rack and cool completely. Enjoy!
